Hi! What time did you reply and have you received your portal credentials yet?
I didn't reply yet. I am currently in US for a short trip. I will be back to Canada tomorrow. Will reply tomorrow.
Is it usual to have all the steps complete except for Eligibility which has not started yet? I got my AOR on Nov. 2, and my tracker hasn’t been updated since January 30…
I replied and then went to US and now I'm back. I didn't get eCOPR so I just used my WP status

Medical passed on December 19th
Ghost update (Background check) completed on January 30th 2023.
No updates so far.
In tracker Eligibility as not started.
Everything else is completed.
GMCS received, but nothing on there, except Etobicoke PVO and Vancouver SVO.
Got ADR on december 19th, it says "documents has been uploaded" on gckey.
It's getting a little long and tiring...
Might try to call IRCC with the CEC processing times down to 5 months.

When it was GU 3 on March 16 2023 the agent told you that only Criminality is passed but Security was still Not started, right?
almost identical to my case, except that I didn't have any ADR and my eligibility was updated to "In progress" on March 20.
I am lazy to call, I do request CBSA notes every two weeks, the last notes didn't have any thing except for the security check and nothing found on Jan 31, I should receive a new note in the next few days, and see what's there in the eligibility check.
