Last Monday.

After months without no updates on my online tracker account, since yesterday it's showing "We received your enquiry", and now Eligibility has finally started! On that day, I talked to an IRCC agent over the phone and got in touch with our MP. Hopefully, they are actually working on my file again.

My situation is similar. All steps are shown as passed, except for Eligibility which since January 31st is still showing as not started. My tracker doesn't update since March 20th. AOR Nov 2, Inland, 1 dependent.

Last update on my tracker happened on March 20th, I sent a webform asking why there are no updates since January 31st, and they told me an officer was reviewing my application. The only step no started is Eligibility, all the other ones show as complete. AOR Nov. 2. Inland. CEC, 1 dependant.

Hi! I got my AOR on Nov 02, inland..and in the IRCC tracker portal, it is showing "completed" for medical, biometrics, and background check, but eligibility has not started yet. From what I've been reading in this forum, it seems that eligibility comes before the background check, or is it random?
