Is there anyone who has applied from Canada , and has got a biometrics letter?

Most inland applicants do not need to provide their biometrics, however, if your application is unfortunately being distributed to an office outside of Canada, you will have a great opportunity to provide your fingerprints.

AOR- 15th March under EE CEC inland
On visitor visa until 2028, work permit expired in Nov last year.
Am I eligible for BOWP?

Spoke to an IRCC agent today. I was told that if a biometrics request is issue, an inland applicant will have to travel outside Canada for giving biometrics. It is what it is.

I think BOWP you should have a valid work permit.

Read here on what to do if your work permit expires.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ices/work-canada/permit/temporary/extend.html

You have to make sure you have a valid work permit while working. Or else I dont think you can work without work permit. Visitor visa is different than work permit.
