i have same status. maybe after doing criminality and info sharing they keep files idle for long time. later pick randomly and do rest of the things. if they pick early u get early approval otherwise delay

What you are saying makes sense. I also think OSC Ottawa is processing security and eligibility in batches, maybe once or twice a month, and then sending the portal email.

Also, I think OSC and CIO are dealing with the previous mismanagement (November and prior) where cases were assigned to inactive IRCC officers. Maybe that's the reason of slowdown in these 2 locations.
Congratulations, you must be thrilled. Hopefully there is something brewing up for my application as well..
All I can say is that you shouldn't worry too much if you see no movements on the application or tracker. We didn't see any changes until we received the mail. The tracker only got updated the day after we received the portal email.
