In the tracker, all steps are showing completed for me and all but 'eligibility' is showing as completed for my wife(dependent). Called IRCC, the agent said all assessments are passed for both me & my wife. So, its just a waiting for my portal email now

In fact there is just one eligibility for couple, meaning if one is eligible then automatically both are eligible. Same for ineligibility.

yeah, no word from my attorney too. He is not even telling me the status. Not sure what is more painful.

Just got off from IRCC call, My remedical got updated today and Eligiblity is completed as per agent but tracker shows eligiblity in Progress. Security not started, looks like my application is in the final stage, hopefully for next week

Medical is revalidated as part of the security check. That's when some of us go re-medical request and other got medical approved again.
