Hi everyone,

does every applicant need to submit PCC again? what about the applicants who submitted PCC when they applied?

i'm Aug 25 applicant. Haven't heard anything. No MR. No request for additional documents or PCC. Should I start preparing PCC now? I submitted PCC (from home country and from canada) when I applied.

Thanks.

I just noticed that Dr. Daniel Garrett is not listed on the website (probably retired).

The following are two doctors listed FYI:

Dr. Scott Morlock, Dr. Erin Hoh & Dr. Maria Casale

Immigration Medical Examiners (IME)

751 Victoria Street South, Suite B106

Kitchener, Ontario

N2M 5N4

Telephone: 519-748-8510

Facsimile: 1-888-706-0513

Email: info@imemed.ca
Dr. Daniel Garrett retired in 2015 May. Dr. Scott Morlock is replaced in that place. However Dr. Scott is very nice person same as Dr. Garrett. I recommend 300% his office for medicals. Everything will be done in 1 to 2 hrs, reasonable cost and very friendly nature.

More interesting or attracting part from him is, at end, he will ask you to tick your home city on World Map. I liked it very much. He is nice person definetely.

Guys after you got additional info req( pcc schedule a ) was there any change in your ecas status??

It is because you selected "legally separated" that means that it has been recorded in the Court of Law that you are separated / divorced. If you are only living in different countries that is separation by choice not a "legal" one. Hence they've asked for the proof of legal separation. Best shot would be to inform /email cic that you made a mistake and are not legally separated. Consult an immigration consultant if you can.

Thanks apardhamija for your input!
I thought that to be legally separated you don't have to have any file or court order in Ontario?
Legally Separated:
This means that you are married, but no longer living with your spouse.
That's taken from the Guide 5527 on the cic website.

I am going to consult a lawyer and see what the best options are.
Thanks again for your time!

AIW689 & vik302:

I was just asked to resubmit pccs and yes my ecas has been updated as well:' We sent you communication on Jan xx, etc.' You have 60 days to email us xx.'

Not sure if this will be the case for everyone, but mine expired last month and it appears they are now working on my file.

Hello,

Im an August 25th Applicant, did upfront medical 4 months ago and it recently shows on my CIC online status:

3- Medical results have been received.

Does that mean that I wont get a medical request? or they are just confirming that they received my medical results and will request my medical later?!

As ECAS is updated for you so you should not get MR..Just wait for RPRF.
