CEC - August 2014 application

Every one under Old CEC will need to submit a PCC again? Since they delay the process for almost a year and all of our original PCC has expired already.

I don't see why I should do this. If they want a new Schedule A, they should see that I have not returned to my home country since my application or since I am back in Canada and therefore a new PCC would be useless, a waste of time.

Doesn't matter if you have not left canada. Many times people can be charged or convicted for a crime several years after its comitted.

I'm an August 20th applicant and received AOR on December 14th 2014
I have returned back to India in 2014 itself. I mailed CPC-OTTAWA mail id to update my address from Canadian address to Indian Address.But did not get any reply.
Will the application be transferred to India first and only then will I get MR?
Experts please advise.

Note: In June 2015 I was asked to submit PCC for Canada and I sent it and got confirmation mail in August 2015 on the receipt of PCC

If u applied in Canada u can change address on this link.

Give this a try. Moreover, the MR is sent by email and you can do your medicals in India.

hey , any idea why u were requested a new PCC ? did you leave the country since last PCC has been submitted ?

I've made some updates to the August 2014 spreadsheet today based on the recent MRs. If you have any information to update please let me know, it hasn't been getting updated lately due to the lack of movement but now that has changed!

You have done the right thing by letting them knw ur in india the file however would be better off if processed in Canada so wont recommend you to change the file processing center to India. If you want to delay it further then its upto you. It takes around 3 months or more to transfer the file to India and then you have to wait for them to process it according to their guidelines. When you get decision made its recommended to email them to change the passport request office to Canadian High Consulate in india. hope this helps

They asked me to send my 2014 T4 on June 12th 2014, I did send it, but never got confirmed. is that normal? Canada post showed they received my documents 2 days after I send it.

June 12th MR
