I provided it with my original application package, it was a requirement for anywhere you've lived more than 6 months I believe.

yes but i believe it was one of those things that were an exception. like you could submit it later also when asked as they expire within a few months so i chose not to send it with the package.

Aug. 18, too. But I did upfront. No new so far. Only meds received had been added in October or so, last year.

I applied on 7th of Aug, AOR 28th oct, still waiting for MR. I am pretty sure there are more peoplemwho applied around 8th and havent recieved MR. hopefully soon we will.
