CEC - August 2014 application

Hi, my work permits will expire in July.

Could I apply for bowp now as I know it takes so long to get it.

What documents should I submit for application?

I only have AOR and work permits so far.

Please help if you know. Thanks

No. You can only apply if your work permit is expiring in 4 months or less.

Hey... was your file received on 18th or you sent your file on 18th... My file was received on 18th August, no MR so far...

It seems they are reviewing August 18 applicants currently - you might get your MR on Monday.

I think I am one of the first guy in this group that applyed on beginning August and didn't recive the MR yet.

I applied on 7th of Aug, AOR 28th oct, still waiting for MR. I am pretty sure there are more peoplemwho applied around 8th and havent recieved MR. hopefully soon we will.

Im 14 aug applicant no medical request. I think more than the date of received . The AOR date is more imp. Those who have a later aor date get their medicals much later than those whose apr is sooner even if ur file was received on the same day as anyone.

Finally i got an update from CEC , i got MR but the thing is I got upfront medical done (as part of my new Workpermit apllication) less than 4 months ago and sent the same to CEC mail ID and got acknowledgement that they have received it .Should i mail them and explain this or go for medicals again
BTW i am august 15th applicant

Did your Medical confirmation have your UCI and applaication number? If not may be worth asking your doctor to include that in the results he sent to CIC. If the initial Medical had your UCI you can alwways resend it along with an explanatory note- use the case specific form online as you get a quicker response.
I also did a Medical in October as part of my work permit and sent it to CIC as an upfront Medical for CEC. I made sure that it had my UCI and application number. I received e-mail confirmation that they had received it amd my ECAS was updated last month. Good luck

Every one under Old CEC will need to submit a PCC again? Since they delay the process for almost a year and all of our original PCC has expired already.

Have you left Canada since then?
According to their website if you don't leave canada you do not need to do it again.
