Thanks mir237 , my boss will not have any problem writing letter for me but i dont have past manager experience but I have bachelors in business and diploma in business admin from canada. Are there any chances that renewed letter might change their decision.

This is a very unique situation. I think it would be way more efficient if your boss writes an explanation letter about why he hired you with out any prior experiance and affarming the job duties.

But the best thing would be consult a lawyer. I would advise you not to take any chance.

I was working as an assistant retail manager at Gas station in small city of northern Ontario, however my employer has mentioned the reason of hiring me like my background study and early retail work experience of Canada during part time student experience. I have a Question, I got my Medical request in Jan mid, I got the medical done by 20th Jan, but on Friday my Doctor informed that he has not got the result of Blood Work from lab and I have to get it done again. I will be missing the 30 days deadline as mentioned in initial letter...Any ideas...if the Medical has to be done within 30 days or the result has to be uploaded ?

Bro I did nt get rejected!!! our story is the same except you have already provided details why you were hired but in my case they are asking for supporting info why my salary was low and how did i get hired without previous work experience. Now i have to provide supporting documents, my lawyer( consultant) said it will be fine as I am sending detail explanation letter from employer. When did u apply and have u order gcms note?? m scared right now!!! Seniors any views?? Please

i am Sep 5 applicant, received email from CIC asking to submit T4 and NOa from 2014 within 30 days. It happened that my 2014 tax is being reassessed for a second time and not sure if I could get the final version of NOA before the deadline for submitting them to CIC.
Should I wait for the final NOA or should I just send the original NOA or the Notice of reassessment on which I owe 3000 to CRA? Anyone, please advise, if you have any thoughts on this issue. Thanks in advance.

I was expecting it a couple of weeks later, but surprised to see that mail come out on the family day.

Timeline:
Application Sent: 30th July 2014
App Received : 5th Aug 2014
AOR - 23rd Oct 2014
Med Request - 11th May 2015
Meds Done - 18th Aug 2015 (multiple tests)
RPRF - Upfront 19th Jan 2016
PPR - 15th Feb 2016.

Got my AOR on 23rd Oct, one of the grandest festivals in India. So despite the wait the progress is happening on special days making them even more special.

Good luck everyone who is waiting for progress. CIC definitely seems to have pickd up their act.

I got the third line added on Feb 5th.. My medical was done on Jan 22 n Dr. submitted the results on Feb 2nd...

Eligibility is blank , security is not started and criminality is in progress ...

I ordered a new one 3 weeks ago, just after I got MR.
