CEC - August 2014 application

No one is scared here, and none has to be worried/scared here. I shared this because i am disappointed with their refusal which does not make sense to me. i guess you did not read the whole thread about my case so i would be more than happy if stop being judgemental Thanks

Well, i guess there must be some grey area left in your application that encouraged them to refuse your file. I believe getting a Permanent Residency is a privilege in its own. So, people who misrepresent their cases and gets the PR, are actually doing injustice to honest people with proper jobs and have fulfilled all the requirements. I am not trying to hurt anyone but just conveying the simple truth. Please don't bug this forum coz people actually come here to get some valuable info.

Exactly.. same i am trying to pass you, please don't being judgemental. It's all about situation and circumstances. and again i know people come here for valuable info that is why i am here, but did not expected to be judged here. The ones who had to judge they did already. It's a discussion forum so i am discussing what could be done now, the damage has been done. so i am asking/discussing what could be next step

To speak to someone you should do 1 - 1 - 3 - 1 (after choosing your preferred language).

You are insinuating that he forged his loe and that is immensely rude. Not to mention absolutely not helpful. Obviously people surely forge their loe's but you can't just assume that about anyone. If you and your righteous application got rejected you would probably be in this forum also asking what you can do about it. So let's try and be understanding and above all, helpful.

Hello,

So i decided to randomly check my application status and noticed message saying that i have been sent a correspondance on Jan 13th. Nothing was received in the mail. After contacting them through email (yes i actually got a response which i thought was a nice surprise) CPC-CTD-OTTAWA has said this :

On January 13, 2016 you were requested to provide a copy of an original police clearance certificate from Trinidad and Tobago.
Please follow the link provided to see additional details:
You have 30 days from the date of this email to provide us with the document. In case an extension is required, please provide us with the proof that you have applied to obtain the requested documents.

So i sent an email back asking where the heck do i send the certificate to and what else would be needed. There was an automated repsonse of directing all enquiries to the toll free number within canada or the case specific enquiries. I called the number today and got through to someone, as usual the guy on the line gave me generic inforamtion and in fact wrong information, saying that i needed to check myCIC account for messages and upload the document there. I checked and found absolutely nothing.

I'm running in circles here guys, i have the police report but no clue what to do with it now. PLEASE HELP!
