Guys,
I am August 1 applicant and medicals done in April 2015 still waiting for COPR and RPRF.
There is a group of June applicants still waiting for COPR after medicals done in Jan - July 2015

I think it is normal , that part is really different case have different situation . and as we know, a whole case process need involve as security check that part is really out of control of CIC .

since Refugee security check is highest priority , it makes thing complex. But, I think we can expecting major of application should be handled in next few months.

just my guess, they may treat old CEC as moonlight work ( recently, lots of application get MR on weekend ) so if some VO want earn this extra money (the advanced RPRF error maybe not an error , just a strategy to collect money to help finish these backlog), they will work on weekend, just my guess.

Looooool. I think CIC have enough money already!
But you're right, mr's seem to be coming at strange hours,so they probably are doing overtime to finish our files. :) :)

Yes send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca include your application no. in subject line and e-medical as an attachment -:

Dear sir/madam,

Please find attached my upfront e-medical information sheet.

The details of my CEC Permanent Residence application are as follows:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Principal Applicant Name:

Date of Birth:

Application Type: CEC (Canadian Experience Class)

UCI:

Application No:

UMI

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

this is the email from them

I have now completed the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa as a member of the Canadian Experience Class and have determined that you do not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.
According to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, applicants in the Canadian Experience Class are assessed on the basis of the pass/fail requirements set out in subsection R87.1(2). The assessment of these criteria determines whether a worker with Canadian experience will be able to become economically established in Canada. The criteria are:
· knowledge of English or French,
· Canadian skilled work experience,
· temporary resident status during the period of work experience in Canada
Your application was assessed based on the occupations which you identified as part of your skilled work experience in Canada:
I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirements because you did not provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate you performed the actions described in the lead statement for NOC 0632(Accommodation service managers).
Subsection 11(1) of the Act states that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or for any other document required by the Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act. Subsection 2(1) specifies that unless otherwise indicated, references in the Act to “this Act” include regulations made under it.
Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and Regulations for the reasons explained above. I am therefore refusing your application.

Hey guys i am still awaiting for decision to be made, i mean still not clear should i appeal or not can i appeal without a lawer?? because i aproached someone and they asking for $15000 which i don't have. I would rather apply in express entry that would be cheaper.

To me seems like the manager post is to high for fresh graduate international student, that can be the reason. Again not sure.

I guess you should find some good lawyer and appeal. $1500 will hurt now but it will make your life.

He said $15000 not $1500...a big difference...

Better look for other options like AINP or EE...

You can try appeal , but if you search some case ( do you have Chinese friend or you are ) below story will help you decide if appeal

two points: a : consider salary to reject is reasonable even in the court
b: it is not fair for not give you chance to supply new material or evidence.

I don't think we need to worry about anything just coz of that rejection. I know many (not trying to offend anyone) who forge their job letters and try to show that they are working as managers at some restaurant or hotel but in reality they are not. Most of them actually end up getting their PRs except some unlucky cases.
I believe as long as we have honestly represented our case, we don't have to be scared.

Ethan,
No one is scared here, and none has to be worried/scared here. I shared this because i am disappointed with their refusal which does not make sense to me. i guess you did not read the whole thread about my case so i would be more than happy if stop being judgemental Thanks
