A question guys: I applied for PR through an immigration lawyer; in order to request gcms notes, should I ask my lawyer to do so or should I do it just by myself? thanks

Guys , Is there a doctor who gives quick Medical appointment in Toronto ? Tried calling few doctors listed in CIC site but nobody is giving an appointment before 15th Feb.Also how much would it cost ?

Hey! I got an appointment with Dr. Lyndon Mascharenas. He is located at St Clair/Bathurst. I called on a Friday and got a Tuesday appointment. He was super friendly, great staff, very quick! Highly recommend. He is actually a visa doctor. Here is his info:

I sent my application away September 22nd 2014 amd waiting on a medical request!

Did you receive the e-medial form in PDF? Certain field on the form, such as your name, IME number, etc, should already have filled out for you when you received it. For the rest of the field, I would suggest you call the doctor's office to get instructions.

Have you opened it in Adobe Acrobat or Reader? I've found with CIC documents if you open it with certain applications it will show nothing.

But how do i know this document is wrong lol. Like does it make a diff if there's nothing on the document. I will do the emedical thing anyway.
