If you have got your medical cleared or request for biometric then your R10 is done and case is moved to next stage

I don't think so. I think it is any travel except your country of residence and citizenship.

AOR was 13th May and I also haven't heard anything so far. Based on the updates on this thread some of the members whose AOR was the end of April or early May are getting an update to their application so I think we will have ours soon too. I will wait 2-3 weeks more before calling IRCC as I have my work permit extension application ongoing too.

My AOR is May 3rd. I just got medicals passed and biometrics requested letter on May 31st. It seems like the waiting time for medicals is an average of 20+ days for May applicants.

It's mentioned here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/biometrics.html. Based on this, maybe new biometrics is not needed.

You’re exempt from giving biometrics if you have already both:

• applied or are applying for permanent residence and
• given your biometrics to us within the last 10 years
