Hi, we submitted our passport in person at Service Canada Edmonton but unfortunately my daughter's photo was rejected due to shade/lights at the back. We got a rejection letter and had retake the photos. Do I need our guarantor to sign again the new photo? Thanks.

Got PR cards for my husband and youngest dependent. Mine was approved December 2 but. It received yet. My oldest daughter’s PR card is still not approve. ECoPR - Oct 21. Now I cannot access my portal saying that email and password are incorrect
