People who meet CEC or FSW, will be considered for CECdoubleym said:Nope, I think all people who qualify for CEC also qualify for FSW anyway, so that means they have 2 'caps' that they could fall under.

Really? That's interesting, from what I remembered of the requirements they looked pretty similar, I guess you have less foreign work experience or something?Auone said:Nope, I qualify only for CEC, not FSW.
Dont know, for FSW, you need money aswell. Dont have that much either .doubleym said:Really? That's interesting, from what I remembered of the requirements they looked pretty similar, I guess you have less foreign work experience or something?
I told that based on logic, if they select CEC under FSW , than u will fill up under CEC?doubleym said:Really? That's interesting, from what I remembered of the requirements they looked pretty similar, I guess you have less foreign work experience or something?
no one know for sure, before the first drawDimitris said:I ve got 185 overall is that good or bad?
There is a good chance that score will be insufficient, given the number they have announced they are targeting.Dimitris said:I ve got 185 overall is that good or bad?
Hey bud, i will be honest..it is not that high...try to improve your points...Dimitris said:I ve got 185 overall is that good or bad?
And what about my work experience??kateg said:There is a good chance that score will be insufficient, given the number they have announced they are targeting.
Open work permits don't matter, you still need an LMIA if you want to claim the extra points.Dimitris said:And what about my work experience??
And should i need the LMIA to get the 600 points. Thats wrong for the people with the iec or an open work permit.
But allready i have a close work permit with my company during my second year at iec as young professional.doubleym said:Open work permits don't matter, you still need an LMIA if you want to claim the extra points.
IEC is an Open Work Permit is it not? If you want to claim points for a job offer then you need an LMIA, there is no way around it. If your skills are in demand then it shouldn't be hard for an employer to get one as that's how they are designed, to safeguard Canadian jobs unless there is a genuine need for a foreigner.Dimitris said:But allready i have a close work permit with my company during my second year at iec as young professional.
