CBSA report after Citizenship Application

I applied for Citizenship application in June-2014. I did not remember that I the application form says Do NOT contact CBSA for entry report.

I had to apply for PR card renewal in end of October, so I asked my entry report from CBSA to renew my PR card and sent copy of report with my PR card renewal application. I applied to get report by FREE (under privacy act) and also by paying $5. I thought adding CBSA report will make PR card renewal faster. I completely forgot that citizenship application says "Do NOT contact CBSA for entry report."

I know I have made a mistake . Will my CITIZENSHIP application will be impacted due to this? If yes please let me know how.

Have you spoken to CIC about it? Can they not change the CBSA option? If they send RQ form, then you may get to chose the CBSA option. Ofcourse, you do not want to get an RQ at first place.

In citizenship application and pr card renewal application, you must have checked the consent to authorize CIC to get the reports from CBSA correct?

Yes I have checked the consent that CIC can get CBSA report.

On the form it also says "Please do not contact CBSA for your travel history".
So after sending my citizenship application with consent "Yes" I requested CBSA report. Do not know implications.
Some of June forum members has said not to worry much.. I think I can explain at the time of interview.

You can get your CBSA report for your reference only but as you already checked the consent, you were not required to send the copy of the cbsa report. Some people did send their cbsa report along with citizenship applications and as far as i know, no one reported any issues.

Cool. I did not send any copy ..Just ordered it for my reference after sending my application.(For future use like in case I get RQ or need it during interview and also to verify how much correct information I have sent)

You said that you have sent the copy with your PR application. Correct? Consent was sufficient enough rather than sending copy of CBSA report

But looks like it is not a big deal. Just getting email-AOR and not having access to eCAS is probably making me impatient.
