So you are the employer (elderly person) or caregiver with a job offer? Either way it is HCCP program.

I am doing Human Resources management at retirement home and some private families are asking for caregivers too . We have cota for LMAI’s but need help to process the files.

The families would have to get their own LMIAs. They will be the ones paying for the caregiver privately.
