Sorry to say very less chance to fall in cap. Still nearly 4 months counting of applications left with CIC to reach September 24th. However, you done your part now just wait and see the game.

Its difficult to forecast in case of 2131. Nearly 128 days left now for them to pick your file (Guessing your file reach to CIC on October 6th). The current filling rate of 2131 is 19.4% a month. you have 4 more months left. So if it goes at the same pace you might managed to get inside the cap.

If you dont have any alternative less hot NOC go ahead with 2131. Doing something is better than nothing.

Do you work for CIC or have some inside information?

As far as I know, we can just guess that might be the situation but they might not be just capped yet, there might still be a seat or two available, do you agree ?

I am a newbie here and am currently in the process of gathering my documentation and I estimate I will be ready to send a complete package in to CIC by the first week of November. I intend to apply under NOC 0111. Kindly let me know my chances, whether I will be safe or must I try for EE 2015?
Also my husband will be eligible under NOC 0015 although he will score less points than me on age, hence he maybe on the borderline of the passing mark required, but his NOC is less in demand.
Kindly advise what is the best approach?

Welcome to the forum.
For this NOC,you are safe to apply in 1st week of Nov.
Let your husband submit his apply under NOC 0015 since you are
sure he will be on the border line.
This will afford you options as two maybe better than one.
