A family friend was removed from canada long time ago, he got married to a canadian citizen years later, through arranged marriage, genuine marriage. They both went to their home country for about 3 years and they just landed in canada a few months ago. He was a denied refugee. So there is hope for sure. I don't think you should give up. Your baby will be brought up just fine in India, just like you did. It's not gonna kill your baby to live in india for a few years, there's plenty of us who weren't born in canada, didnt get raised like children in canada do, didnt have all the goods and health care that is here, but we all turned out good. Definitely canada has a high standard of living and it would be better for your child but staying in india for a while won't do any harm. And at the same time, you never know how you're wife will take the abortion, she might be very heart broken after that.

Yes

You are right. It doesn't matter if refugee file is denied because matter of fact is "Love" should be genuin.

and I also found most of Refuge love found is genuin. I haven't heard a single case where Refugee failed and went to canada on spouse visa and later divorce so Refuge can stay in the country.

I know it is funny but most of the first time applicant did all those things but not refuge.

Refuges are best with true love !

I have no idea what his specific case was, I know that he was removed from canada long time ago and he was afraid that his application would be refuse. Probably false refugee claim. It took them a bit longer to have the application processed but it worked out for the best in the end.

Ok cool

My case is different. I was dating this girl while my case was going through so we have everything except our first 6 months pictures because we lost our memory card but we have proof of up to 1 yr.

I also planning to pay airfare money back to canadian govt before we start our application.

We both paid taxes this year in Canada so it may be good option to save time at the time they request for ARC.
