not only Traveling outside canada. We both traveled inside and made few trips together. Celebrated each other's birthday. Our joint family income tax together, Bank account together plus we both brought a car loan together which we still are paying.
We did our engagement in Thailand and Marriage in India.
I was removed in Nov 2012.
I went at airport road and they asked me; if i still have any problem in India if i go back. I said; yes
Then they took me to detention and kept me there for 18 days before they removed me.
I am sure immigration will understand. If you love someone then only you will travel for your partner to other country which is far enough to make u think twice whether I should travel or not.

I might be father or not. We will deciding. If we decide then my girl will be traveling to India and she will stay with me. I can't allow her to stay in canada alone when she is pregnant.

One thing I like to say about Canada.
In canada if you are criminal then it is very difficult to deport someone but if you are working and have a family then it is very easy to deport which they always do.
I had seen many husband and wife who are separated because of Immigration in detention center. They should know Criminals don't need visa to travel any where in this world.
They are criminals and they know what they have to do.
People like us who are always stuck in between. And once we are stuck then we start paying money to lawyers and wait in que. This is all scam world if you look closely.
I was checking out few latest video's when somebody lied in his refugee file about his past criminal history. Still he was granted protection way back in 2001.
But when they found out last year in 2012 "Immigration judge" refused to revoke his status and he was allowed to stay in the country.
Thats what is going on.

H&C grounds in Canada are very abused in my opinion.
As far as your wife goes, there are many couples that apart for the pregnancy. Your wife would not be the first and she could find support here.
However, if you're not sure you're ready to be a father, that is an entirely different matter to address. Figure that out before deciding where to live. Becoming a parent is a major responsibility that a lot of people don't take seriously. I used to work with children as a teaching assistant.... and I will stand by my opinion that too many people become parents before they're ready.

we are prepared for 2 years atleast now for our case. But I don't care about the time now because my love will be living with me in India so nothing need to worry.

i would suggest she lives in Canada and applies for you... health care in canada is much better than any where else... she may go through some hard times but its a better choice than taking the life of an innocent child not born yet with abortion.

a child is love... its not fair to kill the dreams and hopes of a child not yet brought into this world...especially if the wife is in her 2nd trimester
