CANADIAN VISA WITH LOW IELTS SCORE?

Hello,I am originally from India however,I've been living in Greece for 10 years and this year I graduated high school(in greece) and got 84%(in 12th grade)
On 31st of October i have my ielts exam but i am worried about my score as i did not do well in my speaking part due to nervousness and anxiety.
I have two questions,the first is will i be able to apply the visa if i am trying to go to Canada for the winter semester?(January 2016) I mean will i make it? I am not sure of whether or not I have enough time.
My second questions is,do you know someone who got the accepted into university/college/institute/polytechnic school with low Ielts band scores?(Maybe with around 5.5 or 6.0 overall?)
I am specifically aiming for colleges and etcetera in Calgary,Alberta.
I would appreciate if you could suggest any colleges or something where i could get accepted with low band score(preferably in Calgary,alberta)

Hi,
As you are applying from Greece, so time of processing will depends on your country, some countries take long time and some take very little time. And yeah there may b some colleges and universities who will accept you with low band score but decision will be of CHC, as they strictly follow their minimum ielts score requirement rules. So if you will get low band score then decision of VO will totally depend on your luck.

But i dont know specific colleges or universities who accept low score, so i cant tell...

UPDATE: SO I JUST GOT MY RESULTS,AND ENDED UP GETTING THESE SCORES.
I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW.
Listening: 8.0
Reading: 8.0
Writing: 6.0
Speaking: 6.5
Overall: 7.0
