He can apply for study permit for course relevant to his previous study, and try to pursue 2 yr course after that he will get 3 yr work permit, within those 3 years, he can apply for PR also...

I applied for visa on 30 october paper based at vfs chandigarh under SPP category.... Students who applied prior to me got their visas within a week, i m getting tensed with passing time... Is there anyone who applied after me and got visa? Or u can also share ur views.....

Hi, As you are applying from Greece, so time of processing will depends on your country, some countries take long time and some take very little time. And yeah there may b some colleges and universities who will accept you with low band score but decision will be of CHC, as they strictly follow...

If u have paid one year fees(2 sem) and GIC then you dont have to show any other financial proof not even your bank balance. You just have to show income proof of your sponsors (ITRs) nothing else.
