I had called them up, and the support staff had put a note for the processing center to give me an update. Guess that's why I got the call. I checked today and my card was charged as well.

You should just wait for your card to be charged.

My card was charged 5 days ago and I called them 2 days ago, they said it has gone for printing. But it may take till nov 13 for delivery.

Actually I would not care much once my cc is charged but I need to travel and visas will take time.

my credit card was charged on the 22 and i just learned today that it was printed yesterday but not mailed yet.

My credit card got deducted today. My application submitted 4/1020. Application received 6/10/20. Credit card deducted 27/10/20

Same here.
Application submitted by Canada post on 5 Oct 2020 and got delivered on 6 oct 2020.
Today my credit card got deducted 29 oct 2020.
Processing location Kelowna, BC.

Applied from canada post : september 21 and received 24 september

Credit card charged from : calgary 19 october

Passport print for my wife :26 OCT ( HER WORK VERIFIED SAME DAY )

received my wife citizenship certificate and passport same time but different package : OCT 28
My passport print :27 october

i got my citizenship certificate and passport Sametime but different package : OCT 29

I called passport office and took appointment for next day in local service Canada Centre - Passport Services. I applied there and they told me to pick up my passport in one week. I needed to show them my flight ticket. If you need faster process you can first take appointment after filling a short online rquest, your name and contact no through this link https://eservices.canada.ca/en/service/, and they will call you next day for appointment.


Appointment request for Passport Service in under 30 days* If you require a passport in the next 2 days, call the Passport Call Centre at 1-800-567-6868.

If you require a passport in the next 30 days, select this option. An agent will contact you to schedule an in-person appointment. * All other passport requests should be submitted by mail. Do not fill out this service request.
