In your signature you say that you sent two update requests: March 2nd, and March 8th. Did you receive a response for either by now?

Yeah. I was not super surprised because others here have mentioned that their cards were charged over the weekend. So it's not uncommon
When u sent your application? Thx they recive mine on Mars 7 and no nes yet !!!!
Congrats. I believe it depends on the passport office. Probably BC doesn't have much load so they are faster

Yes got one response from them last week ( don't know for which request ) ...with standard answer " Your File is under examination . Hope this helps "

Quick question - are all the timelines above based on selecting the standard processing time? Or does this also apply to the expedited process where you can pay an extra $50?
Just wondering if you are a sucker for paying extra because they all take over a month anyway, or whether its worth paying the extra to make it get processed and mailed within a week.

the credit card will be charge soon, very soon, one week later you will receive your passport
My application reached the mailroom on Feb 23rd. CC not yet charged. I called them and after a successful 1.5 hour hold, they say, it is under examination. I dont know what else I can do.?
