Look at my posts and browse through ppl who have posted about Kitchener PP office. It's one of the best offices in GTA and i would always recommend going there early in the morning and queueing up.

Which office is less crowded Ottawa or Gatineau. I am traveling in less than 25 days, so when I should arrive, I am seeing people talking about 6 am in GTA but any experience in ottawa?

I had same doubt, so I cancelled ticket after getting passport.

Mail delivery of passports: I am giving mailing address different. While delivering the passports through mail, are they asking the candidate to be there to receive it?

guys, for urgent passport pickup, can one family member pickup the passport for all others? Or, should all family members be present at the time of picking up?

If that person is on of the people applying also and have the pick up receipt yes!

Can we use Indian Passport as proof of identity for my 16 year old son? He became 16 recently & we could not renew his OHIP card. Current Health card does not include photo & signature.

Signature is mandatory. Address is optional.

Really? I thought the scanned signature will be there on the passports. These are biometric passports and no manual stuff is there.

No, signature & address are not there on passport. There is blank space for them.

hey guys, received my passport in mail today. It was super quick. did not expected this after reading timelines on this post.

Location: Brampton
Applied In-Person: May 12, 2022
Received by mail: May 19, 2022

Reached brampton office around 6 AM in morning. There were 20 more ahead of me. Took a camping chair, coffee and a netflix movie to kill time. Dint even realized when it got to 8:30 when passport office personal came and asked us to have proof of travel handy. Make sure you have proof of travel if you are going to brampton passport office, else they will not even allow to enter.

May 12 8:45 AM: entered into the office. Only 1 person per family is allowed to enter. Window 1 is verification if you have all documents ready and your travel is within 25 days. Given a token

May 12 8:50 AM: Came to window assigned. Person verified details and asked us the urgency of passport. You can pay $50 for express pickup, $20 for normal pickup OR nothing for mail in delivery. I choose mail in delivery and was given a date of May 27 for mail out. Lady also asked to be at home for collection of passport, else you have to go and collect from Canada Post.

May 12 9:10 AM: Out of office with receipts.

May 19 12:30 PM: Canada Post person rang my door bell with good news
