Canadian government scholarship issue

Hello friends. I am the winner of Canadian government scholarship. But due to pandemic there was a delay of official scholarship letter. But in order not to lose time, I applied without it but mentioned the approximate amount. Today I got an email from university that the amount will be 5 thousand cad less that we considered in the budget. Would it be a problem?could officer think about it as a lie? When I will get the official letter I intend to raise webform, add document and explain the situation. So afraid they will reject because of it
