I am Jay Patel from India. I got 62% in 12th in science stream. I got admission in University of Prince Edward island with the IELTS band of 5.5 overall and each are: L-5.5, R-5.0, W-5.5, S-6.0 in B.S. in computer science.
University offer me the English course Which is EAP(English for academic purposes). I put my file but embassy give me rejection. They gave me a reason of rejection and that is : " I am not satisfied that you meet the academic and/or English language proficiency requirements for
unconditional admission to the undergraduate program."

So what I do now ?
If I reapply with this band then what I have to cover in my file by this, I get visa ? Please suggest me.

Your IELTS scores are too low to get an approved study permit for a bachelor degree. Since you plan to attend university in Canada, IRCC wants to see scores of at least 6 in each of the four IELTS categories. Instead of taking the EAP program, improve your IELTS scores in your home country. Once you have achieved a test results where you have scored at least 6 in each of the four categories, you can reapply for the study permit.

Take your IELTS again. Your scores are way too low for college never mind universities. If you can't read, write or listen in English you will find it difficult to cope with a course that will be taught in English.
