please I have a question my TRVdestination is for British Columbia but can I book a flight to Toronto only and enter canada or should my flight ticket be to the same destination in my visa

You don’t book a flight unless your permit is approved. You can enter any port of entry.

A TRV is a visitor permit. If you have one, you can enter any port of entry.
