Canada SPP Refused.Sep 2013. What Next ?

Hello guys. I have got my visa refused. Dont know why.
Profile is. 10th. 66%
12th. 69%
B.sc in multimedia and animation 72 %.

I have choose Mohawk College and course was graphic design production. Integrated with animation.
GIC = $10100
First semester feea paid.
Ielts overall 6.5
No band below 6.
My friend got the visa in may session on same file. I applied
September intake bcuz i havent given my ielts exam.

Why my visa got refused. Reason is Study dont match. But my friend got visa on same course and same file.
And what should i do now.
Plz help me. I am very confused.

first u should apply for CAIPS to know the exact reason of rejection...and make a strong sop and explain that who the course is relevant to your studies ...apply under gen. catg..

Even my visa was rejected for course not making sense but also had an additional reason that I woudent leave after my studies.

I still cant figure out how we can be rejected based on our course when its completely related.

they are just mad....they r refusing the applications of very gud students...i also got the silly reason ...and the one reason they gave u that u will not leave canada ..they give this reason to all students who got refused by them...so i suggest u to apply for CAIPS its fee is 40$ ,,,i also applied for CAIPS yesterday...gud luck

There is still not much post related to appeal of the case.

Every one says just apply for General.

I just spoke to my agent and they said they will forward the rejection letter to the college to get a deferred letter for the January intake.

we can only apply once under ssp

Yes for general only or to appeal against the decision with a appeal letter.

I am unable to find much posts regarding this tho.

yea under gen. catg..its ok if they get deferred ...but i requested for refund to my college cauz of intrst

I m goin to apply again in general category.

How much funds should i need to show on bank.
Should it equal to $10000 or more ?
And what are the other documenta i need to show to the visa officer to satisfy him.
And do i need SOP ?
Help me frienz.
