Need help and advice
1) I am deported from the US due to a criminal case registered against me. All the charges were withdrawn which mean I was not guilty. Due to the Criminal case, I was in custody of USA police due to which I was not able to travel back to India even though I was on a valid B1 visa in the USA and I was handed over to US immigration and then deported me in Dec 2011. I was in US custody from Aug 2011-Dec 2011.
Questions/Advice,help needed
1) I am eligible to apply for Canada PR?
2) Do I need Canada Immigration Lawyer to represent my case?
3) Do I have to follow standard Express entry and apply my self online?
4) Is there anything specific I have to do as I am deported from the USA to apply for Canada PR?
5) If there anyone in the forum who was deported from the USA and got PR please connect with me
