Canada post or courier?

Hi guys need help. my application was delivered today through canada post xpress. but based on the tracker there was no signatory name. why is that? did it actually delivered and recieved by someobe. Please help thank you

I believe this was already answered for you - you did not request a signature correct? If you did not request one of course you will not get one - you will have to wait for your AOR

Hi, I know this is an old thread but I'm hoping you can let me know if your application was received?

I am specifically wondering if I send my in-land application via Canada Post Xpress service and asking for a signature if I can then use the courier address or should I be using the mailing address?

Mailing address.... The other is for DHL FedEx etc. I used Xpresspost and sent it to the mailing address

Thank you so much. We decided that we will use courier although taking current events into consideration, I hope that will still be okay.

You'll be fine. It's just taking a few days longer than usual for delivery.

Please for those who submitted application via Courier, did you receive an acknowledgement from the processing desk confirming recipient?
We submitted our application2 weeks ago through a courier service and an update was provided to us by the courier company indicating the application was successfully delivered.
However, we are yet to get a mail from IRCC acknowledging receipt. Is this normal?

How long does it take to get AOR

It is normal. AOR takes from 30-90 days, roughly. (More variance since covid began but seems to be back mostly in the 30-90 days)
