I'm going with a courier service because I do not trust canada post at all.
Xpresspost with tracking and signature will get it there in two days.

Outside of strikes they’re alright, got my PPR to Ottawa a day early so can’t really complain :p

Personally I sent it through canada Xpresspost. It arrived in 2 days and if I recall correctly it had a tracking number with it
Hi, I want to use Canada post's express service too, I am just not sure if I use the Mail or Courier address, can you remember which one you used?

Thank you

You can pay a little more and use Fedex then no worries it will get there fast.
Send it to the Courier address.
Thank you, this is what we will do. In view of recent events, I'm not sure if this s still feasible but will search the forums for any news. I just see they are experiencing delays with courier and mail drops offs.

At this point it doesn't matter. They are accepting applications a various times/days. The application will get there. What I've seen was courier has to have someone there to sign, while Canada Post has a box they will wait in for pick up when it's time. Either way they will get it.

In case of Canada Post, should it be sent to mail address ?

Personally I'd say if in Canada, use Canada post. It is not going to make a difference if it takes an extra day or so, and Canada post will deliver. Including to the IRCC post office box which doesn't need a signature (and that PO box may actually be in a Canada post facility).

The courier services are not always faster and because of their signing policies may get delayed if the desk is not open with a physical person to sign. And when they return to the sorting center, that's another delay. I've heard some get returned if no-one to sign but that may be rare.
