can someone finish landing in other province ?????

i am confused where to go for landing,,,,,,
i have a question, currently i am in Saskatoon (SK) and just got PR under CEC. can i go for landing to Niagara falls for my landing purpose.
is this might be an issue that why i m doing landing in other province?

And does anyone knows any link for landing places in Saskatchewan.???
