According to my opinion, there ain't such thing. You don't have to wait to for 5 years to get divorced. However if u could explain your issue, I might be able to give you my opinion much better, to the best of my knowledge...

Just to add, she is responsible to support you financially for 3 years from the time you landed in Canada. It is a very good country, you should give it a try.
I doubt If there was ever such rule.. There was a rule before that u have to stay with your spouse for at least 2 years. And even that rule is no more. So u can apply for divorce, however what I know is that court gives u date of a year r so, so that u might reconsile...
No - there's no such rule.
The five year rule you are referring to is for sponsoring a new spouse if you yourself were sponsored. For example, let's say that you are sponsored for PR by your Canadian spouse. You arrive in Canada and sometime later you divorce. Then you get remarried. You cannot sponsor your new spouse for PR until five years have passed from the time you became a PR and landed in Canada.
You're misunderstanding what the five year rule is. There is a five year rule. However it doesn't mean you cannot divorce within five years. See my previous post.

It's certainly possible to get PR revoked after you get your PR card if your spouse reports you for engaging in a marriage / relationship of convenience to get PR and IRCC investigates this claim and finds there is sufficient evidence to revoke your PR status. However this doesn't happen automatically just because you get divorced.
To my knowledge, it would be the best idea if you can explain the situation you are in, it would be easier to than ask opinions.
Because each scenario is different for every one..
PR status could get revoked as well if there were some issue with your relationship and IRCC investigates your matter and they find that somehow you were not honest with that... They could revoke your status.. Like i said, it's different for each case... That's my opinion.... Thanks
By divorcing your spouse, no one will tell u to leave Canada just because you are divorced.. Of course u can stay...
