Can multiple extensions (Visitor Records) impact future visa applications?

Hi,
I need some advice. My mom has a 10 year multiple entery Visit Visa (TRV). The official time period of staying in Canada on a visit is 6 months . She stayed an extra 5 months after applying for an extension and left a month before her extended period expired.
She is now on a 2nd visit here, her 6 months to stay are almost up. I was planning to fly back with her to our home country but my PR card is currently under process and wont be available atleast 15 days after her allowed date to stay in Canada. So im thinking of applying for another extension.
My concern is will this negatively affect her applications in the future when I apply for a supervisa for her next year? Has anyones parents applied for multiple extensions and still got their future applications approved? Thanks!

No, it should not impact her future applications. Apply for visitor record (extension) ASAP to make sure she is in status. She can leave Canada as soon as you have recevied your PR card. After she has left Canada update the IRCC showing that she left Canada by sending a letter and attaching proofs such as boarding pass, entry stamp in home country etc.
