Under Sponsor your relatives- Can I sponsor my sister who under the following condition
she 50 years , widow -no children , parents passed away

and about me - i am Canadian citizen married and no children,

I don't have any uncle, aunt, nephew or niece or any relative living in Canada

Since you are married, you are not eligible to sponsor your sister.

Perhaps check the provincial nominee program in your province, to see if there are any programs available.
