please help me guys, i want to sponsor my nephew with job offer {but not skilled} is it possible? immigration said:

Use this application if you are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident living in Canada, and you want to sponsor close family members living abroad, including:
children adopted outside of Canada or who will be adopted in Canada, or
brother, sisters, nephew, niece or grandchild who are orphaned, under 18 and not married or in a common-law relationship.
If you are related to the person you want to sponsor in another way, you could still sponsor him or her if you do not have one of the following living relatives you could sponsor as a member of the Family Class:

spouse,
common-law or conjugal partner,
son or daughter,
parent,
brother or sister,
grandparent,
uncle or aunt, or
niece or nephew.
You must also not have any relative who is a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or registered Indian.

BUT I sponsor my sister with her family last 2011 and they arrive here last 2014.
PLease someone can help me to understand..

You can't sponsor your nephew because you already have family in Canada. If your nephew wishes to immigrate to Canada, he will have to qualify on his own.

@ Scylla, I would like to have a clarification with this, My aunt wants to sponsor me, she doesn't have kids, husband and she is a citizen of canada residing at calgary, alberta. But the thing is, I am 22 years old and I have other relatives living at canada which is my uncle and his kids. my uncle and aunt (who wants to sponsor me) are siblings. thanks!

No - she can't sponsor you. She has family in Canada and therefore doesn't meet the "lonely Canadian rule" to sponsor you.

If you wish to immigrate to Canada, you will have to qualify on your own through one of Canada's economic immigration streams like Express Entry.

Hi. My husband and I are both permanent residents based in Calgary. With us are his 3 children from a previous relationship. I have no biological child. Both my parents are deceased. Can i sponsor my 30 year old nephew. He practically grew up with me, my father and stepmother because my sister (his mom) was working abroad and his dad abandoned him when he was just 1 year old. I have 1st cousin in Surrey, BC.

Thanks

You don't qualify because you have a husband.
