Can I sponsor my cousin?

Hi all, I was reading on cic website that I ( PR ) can sponsor other relative, does it mean that I can sponsor my cousin?

To elaborate why you cannot sponsor your cousin, cousin does not fall under the family class category for sponsorship. You however can sponsor your brother/sister/uncle/aunt or orphaned nephew or niece if and only if you have no living parents/grandparents, you are not married / common law, and have no children along with no relatives that are Canadian or PR.

I understand but I was thinking that my she is my blood relative sister ( uncles daughter ) so blood relative though.

She is not your blood relative sister. She is your blood relative cousin. Big difference. The purpose of the family sponsorship is for close/immediate family members. Cousins are not close enough of a relative to qualify under family sponsorship.
