Can I sponsor my brother and his wife

My mother wants to sponsor her brother and his wife. The question that I have is this, currently my mother is on disability and she receives disibility payments. My father works and so are two of my sisters. Now can my mom still sponsor her brother? My sisters and my father will be supporting my uncle and his wife if they are granted sponsorship. If my mom can’t then can my sister sponsor our uncle and his wife? Thank you

No - your mother cannot sponsor her brother. It has nothing to do with the fact she is on disability. She cannot sponsor them since she already has family in Canada (you, your father, your sister). They will need to qualify to immigrate on their own through an economic stream like Express Entry.
