I am a Canadian citizen and has sponsored my wife and she is a PR now and I don't have kids yet. My family members (parents, sisters and brothers) are all Canadian citizens. Can I sponsor my aunt who has 3 children and husband?

No - you cannot since you already have family in Canada.

Your aunt and her family will have to qualify to immigrate on your own.
