If you are sure you are entering the information correctly, then I can only they haven't started processing your application yet.

Did you submit the application using certified mail so you could get confirmation that your application was received?

She's an existing permanent resident - not a new PR. As such, she does not fall under the 37 business day processing time for new PRs - she falls under the 129 day processing time for existing PRs.

Yes, thanks. I understand her situation and did not comment on her expectations for processing. I saw your comment on that in the other thread.
Part 3 of her quote from the status message applies, though, right? She's just not in process yet, but can look at her status online (when she has one).

yes i had sent my application through Fedex and it was registered ..even though i checked my application deliver by tracking by fedex website. it was delivered to CIC office...i m sure for that
