Hello everyone

my questions is clear

Can I continue my PhD while processing my OINP masters stream PR application?

I will be graduating from masters degree this summer. I already secured a PhD admission. I would like to use the time of my PhD to process my PR based on my nomination from the OINP masters stream.

I have heard you are not allowed to continue PhD while processing PR for your masters OINP. But I cant find anything about this in any official website.

Can you guys help me here?
