I was in a good relationship with my fiancee, until she obtained the visa issued on her passport. She stopped talking to me completely and as far as I know, she planned to come to Canada by beginning of December just few days before the expiry of the visa. She does not want me anymore and We want divorce.

Can I send a webform to the officer to cancel her visa?
Can she still travel to Canada even if I send the email to the officer or the airlines will ban her to take off on the plane?

We are clearly did not get a long, and we will divorce but I do not feel comoftable to let her used me come to Canada. I need to know the implications and can she still come to canada under the spousal visa?
will she still able to take off the airplane and come to Canada, or the officer will return her if she come by the airplane ?

Thank you,
Sam

Cancel your sponsorship immediately. If you wait and she becomes a PR, you will be financially responsible for her for three years. If you do it now, then she should be denied boarding since her visa will no longer be valid.

Not only should you send IRCC a webform immediately you are actually required to inform IRCC if you are no longer in a relationship and would not be together if your spouse came to Canada. If she lands in Canada you have the financial commitments but also you won’t be able to sponsor anyone else for 3 years and you put yourself in a very bad position if it appears or you did commit immigration fraud by continuing the sponsorship while the relationship was over.

Might want to consider giving CBSA a heads up that the circumstances of your relationship have changed as well.

You have to notify IRCC asap. It's not about feeling comfortable or not. It's about her entering after the relationship has broken down.
If she did enter before IRCC cancel her COPR, YOU will be responsible for her for the next 3 years. She could claim social assistance and you HAVE to pay back all the money that she takes.

So act ASAP. It sounds like she is trying to scamp or use you if she stopped talking right after she got the visa. btw HOW did you sponsor her if she is your fiancee. Canada does not allow sponsorship of a fiancee. Now I am wondering if this is a "I got this" post...

I meant she is my wife legally on docuemtns. we have met in middle east and make a legal marriage. I just considered her a fiancee at the moment and we were planning to marry here in Canada uppn arrival until things changed.

I am very surprised if IRCC would approve spousal sponsorship if you haven't really been married yet. IRCC is very well aware of the culture steps to complete a marriage and being married on paper usually doesn't cut it.

Sounds like they may have had a court marriage to start the sponsorship process.

It is connected to culture and traditions, Engagement period starts after signing marriage contract, till the official wedding ceremony.
no mater how long they are engaged they are legally married but at the same time , they are not

IRCC is very aware of marriage rituals and you need to have completed all rituals that would allow you to live as husband and wife before they consider you married.
