can i apply super visa inside canada?

hi guys i would like to thank those person who replied on my previous question. Im actually have another option i would like to do with my parents.. instead of extending their stay here in canada as a 6months visitor here is it possible to apply them as a super visa?

No, only ext and you can for long period eg., 2 years as well
