Can I apply for visitor visa online for my dad online? IF yes, what about document attestation for letter of invitation? Also, what about property documents or any property assessment?

Yes you can apply online .. what documents you need depends how and what ties you can proof with evidence like property .. tax returns his business registration and available funds for the trip
