I get the feeling you want people here to tell you different, if someone does it, it will be by mistaken the information and due process of the current immigration programs.
Its a start-up, having difficulty recruiting developer with the experience they require in Nova Scotia.
Why would a startup not want to save 1K $, if all it takes is 1 extra month of waiting?
