My husband said it was easy peasy.... there was no drauma or long list of questions... just where he will live in canada... but he did say the man next to him was trying to be cute and talk alot and the customs officer didnt appear to like that, so in other words... just answer direct questions with direct answers

Hi everyone, and congratulations for all who got the visa, I just have a question and I hope that anyone can help.i sent my passport to the embasssy for the issuence of the pr and they have recieved it yesterday according to Dhl.i just wanna know how it will come back isa?would they tell me when its ready to get picked up so I can make arequest for dhl to get it?or they will send it directly to them without notifing me?and if there is a notification would it be by email or phone? One more question when should I expect it isa?

does anyone know why some areas of the GCMS notes would be whited out? Also what does it mean if the file location is "Registry" and Status is "open"?

We were told when it was ready to be picked up, and we arranged for DHL to pick it up and delivery it to us. The embassy had my husband's passport for about a week. Hope that helps!

They contacted our lawyer and then our lawyer e-mailed us and let us know.

I have a question and I hope I can find help here
the embassy sent me today an email to make an interview in Cairo on 23 December , and it make me so worry for several reasons
and I have a problem, that I am working in Saudi Arabia
it is difficult to take a vacation, but I can take some days
do you think they may will take my passport while I am there if I they convinced to give the Visa? as I know the passport normaly stay there for at least 2 weeks and some time more than one month!
I hope you explain to me what normaly happend with the passport during the interview? and if I can go back to Saudi Arabia directly after the interview to make flight booking or I would need to stay in Egypt some days.

Good morning everyone,

My husband got another letter from the embassy today. They are requesting new police certificates and another Schedule A. We will get these done right away and sent in.

Do you think we should do another medical? They didnt ask for this but we are wondering if they will come back and ask again and maybe we should just do it and send in to save time?? What are your thoughts on this?

Does this mean we getting close to a decision? We are confused about what to do. I am supposed to fly to Dubai in January to spend 6 weeks with my husband but we dont want to do this if a decision is coming soon as this trip will take all our savings and all out holiday time. Thoughts??
