Wait for 5 months (after the application was received) before you can inquire....If your application was received Nov 10, 2010 than by April 10 - April 30, you should have received something - looks like you will be receiving yours anytime now... There is no harm in sending them an email to inquire - you have the right to ask now. Good luck.
