Thank you. But, it seems like you received your AOR much earlier - 29-Jan-2010.

I sent a lot of emails to Buffalo office and finally they requested my PP.
As often as once a week :)
Annoying applicant :p

I see people saying here they got the IA letter stating they have also received the medicals but when I got my IA, the letter did not say anything about my medicals so not sure if I should inquire about that or not. I remember one time I sent an inquiry in december right after they received my RPRF they said they sent background checks request to other governement office(s). What do you guys think about this. My mind is getting all messed up. I am kind a worried now, the doctor said they sent the results to Ottawa so should I call Ottawa?...

The IA letter has 4 components.
1) Was your Interview Waived?
2) Pay RPRF if you have not paid.
3) Did the IA letter had 'medical forms' and was medical box 'checked mark' - IF NOT< then do not worry. They have them.
4) Any additional document was requested - boxes checked mark. For me it was.

Hi Sept15, you are absolutely right I think I am getting desperate that's why, and by common sense and logically thinking there is no reason to be over-reacting:

) Was your Interview Waived? >>>> yes
2) Pay RPRF if you have not paid. >>>> I did pay..it was checked though
3) Did the IA letter had 'medical forms' and was medical box 'checked mark' - IF NOT< then do not worry. They have them. - no it did not have medical forms, I got the forms back in June and medicals done in July/20th plus additional cardio checks done as well and after that I got the IA.
4) Any additional document was requested - boxes checked mark. For me it was. No, no additional documents requested...

And I checked with the bank and the draft was cleared in Dec/30th so sooon sooon soon will get the PPR.....

4mfamily and Superboy - When are your IA dated. Mine is dated Nov 18, 2010. Did you folks sent PCC from Canada?

Wanted to share this as well. I got it from Trackitt- but worry not.

Hi I got my passport request on 29 December. I sent my passports on 12 January 2011. Yesterday, I recieved a mail from CIC Los Angeles saying that they are not issuing PR Visa until 1 April 2011 and they can retun my passports back if I need them.

This is very frustrating...

Anyways, hoping to finish this soon...

Guys,

Before we jump to any conclusions, this case belongs to the FSW category and not PNP. They probably have a different quota and criteria for handing out visas.

Thanks.

Agreed with Chigirl, my application is under BCPNP. I went to the office here in Vancouver and they said the average time for Buffalo is 11 month to finalize the whole process let's keep the hope up, encouraged and just wait...
